'. ¿Quién es Zion I? Zion I fue un dúo formado por Baba Zumbi y Amp Live en Oakland, California, Estados Unidos, pero más adelante Amp Live abandona el proyecto quedando Baba Zumbi como solista de Zion I. Es uno de los grupos mas respetados en el movimiento underground de California. En el año 2000 estrenan su álbum debut "Mind Over Matter" Inicios de Zion I en la Música En 1996 se dan sus inicios cuando los integrantes se unen para formar un dúo musical con un estilo muy particular, con líricas que aundan en la critica política y la positividad. Género musical Zion I se caracteriza por interpretar sus canciones en el género hip-hop. Trayectoria y Legado En el 2000 Zion I estrena su álbum "Mind over Matter", que fue nominado a "Álbum independiente del año" por The Source. Más adelante, estrenan su siguiente álbum de estudio "Deep Water argot V2.0", que alcanzó el número 49 en la lista de álbumes independientes de Billboard.
